The clients wanted to provide live-in accommodation for their parents whilst giving them space to live with their own outdoor living are and substantial garden. The design of the granny flat needed to allow for as much sun as possible whilst maintaining privacy.
This home fills the large lifestyle section nicely taking in mountain views and the greenery of the section. The claddings are striking on a large home with the contrast of Black brick with colour-matched Mortar and deep warm Cedar vertically fixed.
