Aaron Pringle
Director
The man that started it all, Aarons vision to build beautiful and high quality homes in Canterbury is why we are all here. An absolute perfectionist, with eyes like an eagle, nothing gets past him! Totally involved from beginning to end, our houses are a reflection of his dedication to the craft. Experience across the board contributes to our ever present goal of innovation and improvement. Any time he ever does find free, he is found on his bike, (more recently trailing his young sons!) or spending time with his family. If a committed business owner is important to you, you will find none more devoted than Aaron to ensuring your total satisfaction and happiness.
Callum McGhie
Senior Design Consultant
Our resident creative genius, Callum has designed many beautiful homes for his happy clients. Skilled in taking your vision and turning it into reality, his enthusiasm for your project is infectious and his tenacity to ensure you get the home you imagined is second to none. He can’t sit still, so in his spare time he’s either tinkering on something, in the garden, or striding it out around the park. A love of travel and architecture inspires him, bringing back ideas of better ways to live and enjoy the space you are in. If design flair (and snappy dressing) is what you are after, Callum is your man. Come and have a chat, and let him sketch you up a unique plan before your eyes, and then turn it into a home you will be proud of.
Angela McGhie
Operations Manager
Operations Managers are often the glue in a business, running the day to day, looking to the future, seeing the big picture and having a bit of a hand in everything, quietly working away to ensure the whole thing looks effortless. A bit like a frantic duck gliding across a smooth lake, and hoping not to get shot. To counteract her busy days she has become a yoga guru, and is making her way through a stack of books she has been promising herself to read. In a state of Zen, she will take care of your build from beginning to end and beyond, and make sure everything has been taken care of and all I’s dotted and t’s crossed.
Corey Simpson
Project Manager
Corey is our latest addition to the Pringle Homes team, a PM with a wealth of experience, Corey is a qualified builder and has worked on high quality homes around the world! Back in Christchurch and kept very busy with his young family, he sneaks in the odd game of golf when time allows. Corey has a level head and attention to detail ( some would say fussy), and is a great communicator. You will be in great hands when Corey is looking after your home.
Jason Manson
Project Manager
Jason has been with Pringle Homes since the beginning, and so he understands perfectly what it means to build a quality home. Jase is a qualified builder who has so much depth of knowledge and experience that we are very lucky to have him. Mad keen on old cars, and a family man, his weekends are action packed. Not a bad shot at the dart board either, must be that keen eye he has for detail! Jase’s passion and commitment to your home is flawless, nothing is a problem, he will always go above and beyond to make sure you get the home you dreamed of.
Jenny Pringle
Accounts
Behind every great man, so the story goes… Jenny is your point of contact for all things accounts related and her friendly face is often the first thing you will see if you pop into our office. Efficient and with a wicked sense of humour, she gets things done! Like an octopus, she juggles all the demands of a busy young family like a pro, appearing like a magician at the right times in the right places. Rest assured that Jenny will have everything under control, and is always there to answer any questions you may have.
Michaela Molik
Sales Support
Michaela is the Swiss army knife of Pringle Homes, you will find her in our show homes as well as taking care of business in the office. What she doesn’t know about what is happening in property in Christchurch isn’t worth knowing! Always on the lookout for new ideas, and helpful hints, Michaela brings a breath of fresh air to us all. She loves to get outdoors tramping and swimming (even when its freezing to the rest of us!) Always there to lend a hand when needed, Michaela is super reliable and a real team player.
Sarah Odering
Sales Support
With a smile that lights up a room, Sarah is the ray of sunshine at Pringle Homes. You will find her in our show homes a couple of days a week, sharing her infectious laugh and her skill of interior design. Sarah is back with us after taking some time out to become super-mum to wee Louie, she has returned to share her knowledge of design and her enthusiasm. She is not only stylish, but super helpful and guaranteed to make your day!
