The clients wanted a home that maximized views, sunlight, and adapted to all life stages. The design includes an oversized garage, attic storage, and expansive living areas with vaulted ceilings and sweeping views. The dining area captures morning sun and opens to a Western terrace, while the cozy living room, media room, and hidden study offer flexibility. Bedrooms are private and spacious, with the master suite featuring its own terrace. Steep gables, dark cladding, and timber accents ground the home seamlessly into its hillside setting.

The Pringle team kept our build on track and with a baby due the same time as the build was due to be completed they even got us two weeks early! We were kept up to date throughout the build and they took the time to explain the different stages and what to expect. They even helped ensure we kept within our budget by negotiating with suppliers and getting us the best price possible.
