The clients knew exactly what the finished home needed to look and feel like and had a very hands-on role in selecting materials, finishes, and colours for the interior and exterior, you can tell this home is theirs and they are very proud of what we’ve designed and built together.
Twin Pavilion mono-pitched design with large Raking ceiling to catch the morning sun and shade from the afternoon sun. Stack-bonded Concrete block is used extensively. House needed a central gallery for the client’s art along with a layout that provides sufficient wall space for display whilst letting light in. Dark colour pallet internally sets off the client’s extensive art and furniture collection.
Home allows for separation between the Primary suite and the guest area for privacy with all full-time rooms and living areas facing a huge year-round outdoor living area.
