Aaron Pringle
Director
Our very hands-on director, Aaron’s vision to build beautiful, high-quality and functional homes in Canterbury is why we are all here. With a passion for getting involved from the very beginning of the process, and still being there at handover. An absolute perfectionist, with eyes like an eagle, our houses reflect his dedication to the craft. Experience across the board contributes to our ever-present goal of innovation and improvement. Aaron loves meeting new clients, often seen with his team running through new designs and offering ideas and advice. Any time he ever does find free, he is found on his bike, (more recently trailing his young sons!) or spending time with his family. Dwayne Prendergast
Operations Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Dwayne Prendergast brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to Pringle Homes. Having worked across all stages of the construction process, Dwayne has a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver high-quality homes efficiently and consistently. As Operations Manager, Dwayne oversees the day-to-day operations of Pringle Homes, ensuring our systems, processes, and standards are operating at an exceptional level. His focus on structure, quality control, and continuous improvement plays a key role in maintaining the professionalism and reliability Pringle Homes is known for. Dwayne also works closely with our sales and production teams, providing support, guidance, and insight to ensure every project runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion. Having previously held General Manager roles within other building companies, Dwayne brings strong leadership and proven industry experience that underpins the success of our team and the homes we build.
Sophie Ellis
Design and Build Consultant

Sarah Odering
Design and Build Consultant
With a smile that lights up a room, Sarah is the ray of sunshine at Pringle Homes and a key part of our consultation and planning process. You will find her in our show homes or in our offices meeting with clients bouncing ideas and helping create unique home designs. Sarah is also a qualified interior designer, she uses her skill of interior design and experience to guide you through the entire process. Its Sarahs love and enthusiasm of design that gives her and her clients the edge when making decisions throughout the building process. When Sarah is not at work helping clients, she will be with her family being a super-mum to wee Louie. She is not only stylish, but super helpful and guaranteed to make your day!
Jason Manson
Project Manager
Jason has been with Pringle Homes since the beginning, and so he understands perfectly what it means to build a quality home. Jase is a qualified builder who has so much depth of knowledge and experience that we are very lucky to have him. Mad keen on old cars, and a family man, his weekends are action packed. Not a bad shot at the dart board either, must be that keen eye he has for detail! Jase’s passion and commitment to your home is flawless, nothing is a problem, he will always go above and beyond to make sure you get the home you dreamed of.
Jenny Pringle
Accounts
Behind every great man, so the story goes… Jenny is your point of contact for all things accounts related and her friendly face is often the first thing you will see if you pop into our office. Efficient and with a wicked sense of humour, she gets things done! Like an octopus, she juggles all the demands of a busy young family like a pro, appearing like a magician at the right times in the right places. Rest assured that Jenny will have everything under control, and is always there to answer any questions you may have.
