The Pringle team kept our build on track and with a baby due the same time as the build was due to be completed they even got us two weeks early! We were kept up to date throughout the build and they took the time to explain the different stages and what to expect. They even helped ensure we kept within our budget by negotiating with suppliers and getting us the best price possible.

August 2021 we had the privilege of moving into this lovely new home designed by Pringle to the specifications we laid out. They were wonderful to work with and nothing we put before them was a problem. They made every effort to see we were satisfied.

Pringle Homes impressed us from the very first encounter. Their attention to detail and ability to listen to our requirements, coupled with their quality and craftsmanship, meant that we got a new home that far exceeded our expectations. There were specific requirements for our build and not only did Pringle Homes deliver but the whole process felt professional yet very personal. Right from the outset we found Pringle Homes to be more flexible and prepared to work with us to achieve the things that we wanted from our new home. From concept plan to finished design was a very smooth process with the design team at Pringles and we found that they quickly understood what we were wanting in our new build. Once the design was finalised having an interior design consultant that we could bounce ideas off was great and we found them to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
