The home is for clients who really like to entertain so it was important that the outdoor and indoor living areas connected seamlessly. We even designed a small bar next to the Kitchen that can be sat at with a home brewed beer. The house wraps around the outdoor living protecting the clients from prevailing winds as well as providing privacy given the home is on a corner site (which the clients love as they get all-day sun). The oversized garage allows for ample floor-level storage, and the walk-through Laundry and Scullery mean groceries can be brought in the quickly without trapsing through the home.
Scissor trusses help the spaces feel even larger than they are and large sliding doors either side let in ample light and enable enjoyment of the entire site for outdoor living morning and evening. A log fire and ducted AC keep the home cozy in Winter and blissfully chilled in the long Summers. A large Master and generous spare rooms round out the unique home.
