We attended various open Homes over a 12 Month period, looked at different designs, also positioning of the house on the sections. One of our requirements was a design which would work with the changeable Christchurch weather. We briefly discussed a design with a couple of building companies of which no feedback was received. We had noticed a few Pringle built homes go up around our area and liked what we saw. We visited an open home in Milns Park where we met Sarah ,who was very enthusiastic about both Pringle Homes and the showhome. Sarah arranged a meeting with Callum , and after several good discussions a workable plan was put together. The siteing of the house on the section is perfect , plenty of sun ,two floor level decks allow for easy outside access regardless of wind.
Regular communication ,build updates and photos received throughout the build. We were very impressed with the interaction from a great team of suppliers that Pringles used. All very professional and knowledgeable on their respective products , open discussions were held with good advice and options. We enjoyed the journey with Pringle Homes , Great team , good communication throughout. An excellent home , built within budget in a very volatile period. We would definitely recommend Pringle Homes to others.
