We attended various open Homes over a 12 Month period, looked at different designs, also positioning of the house on the sections. One of our requirements was a design which would work with the changeable Christchurch weather. We briefly discussed a design with a couple of building companies of which no feedback was received.

The siteing of the house on the section is perfect , plenty of sun ,two floor level decks allow for easy outside access regardless of wind.
