Any price shown is indicative, current at the date of publication, includes GST unless stated otherwise, and assumes a flat section with straightforward ground conditions. Site works, council contributions, land and any changes to a plan are additional.

A price is only fixed once it is set out in a signed contract against an agreed specification.

Photographs, renders and floor plans are illustrative. Photographs may include furniture, landscaping, window treatments and fittings that are not part of a standard specification. Floor plans are not to scale and dimensions should not be relied on for any purpose.

All content on this site, including plans, drawings, photographs, text and the Pringle Homes name and logo, is owned by us or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a build with us.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use our plans or drawings to have a house built by anyone else.

We link to third party sites for convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for anything on them.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those Acts apply.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
