A home built around you, by people who stand behind it.

Seventeen years building in Canterbury. Eleven people in one office. One contract, from the first sketch to the day you get the keys.

Plenty of builders can build a house. Here is what makes it a Pringle home.

Built around you

Every home starts with listening.

How you live now. What makes a day easier. Where everyone tends to gather. The little things you would miss if they were not considered from the beginning.

From there, we shape a home around you, your land and the life you want to build there.

Because the best homes are not just designed to look right. They are designed to feel right, every day.

Backed by our people

There is a Pringle name on the door, and real people behind it.

From the first conversation to the final handover, you are dealing with a team that knows your home, knows your decisions and takes personal responsibility for getting it right.

That closeness matters. It keeps communication clear, standards high and accountability exactly where it should be.

Recognised for our work

Our homes have been recognised through House of the Year, where entries are judged twice, once during construction and again after handover.

That matters to us because the judging looks beyond the finished result. It considers the quality of the build while the work is still exposed, as well as how the home comes together once complete.

It gives us an independent measure of the standard we hold ourselves to every day, from the parts you see to the parts you never will.
